Raghav is a film, television, and theatre director based in Los Angeles, California.

He directed four episodes of the tv series Banana, which premiered at SeriesFest and won Best Digital Short Series. He also directed the pilot Alien of Extraordinary Ability, which premiered at the Brooklyn Film Festival, and his latest pilot, Being With Buddha, features Rizwan Manji (Schitt's Creek), Anna Khaja (The Good Place), and Ravi Kapoor (Crossing Jordan). His film Dadu — starring Brian George of The Big Bang Theory — played at the Oscar-qualifying LA Shorts, Martha’s Vineyard, and Sedona, amongst others. He is currently developing the feature film, Thank You for Joking.

As a producer, his shorts include Nana Carmen, made through the mitú x Walmart Filmmaker Mentorship Program, and High Beam, developed through the Latino Film Institute Fellowship and backed by the Netflix Creative Fund. His editing credits include Big City, Little Italy, a documentary funded by the Russo Brothers, and additional cutting on Season 2 of Amazon's The Lake.

Raghav came to film from the theatre, where he spent nine years directing plays by Peter Shaffer, Kate Tempest, Amy Herzog, and Branden Jacobs-Jenkins. In 2024, he was commissioned to write and direct Circle Back, which premiered at PlayMakers Repertory Company in Chapel Hill.

He is the co-founder of Tempered Films, and his commercial directing work includes spots for Cadbury, BMW, Adidas, Vogue, and Honda. He has directed more than 25 serialized shows for vertical drama platforms including DramaBox, ReelShort, and TikTok, together drawing over a billion views. He holds an M.F.A. in Film Production from Dodge College, Chapman University.
